Show Don't Tell

Today we had to do show not tell. When we are telling someone a part of a speech it is boring! but when we show them they can see the picture in their head because of all the detail you have put in it. We had to show the reader on this slide what tell is compared to showing the reader.

Word Of The Week

This is this week's word of the week. I enjoyed doing this because it is fun learning about new words. It was challenging to find the picture so I ended up doing water polluted river. First, we had to fill out the boxes. Then, put the picture in. Finally, post it to my blog

Thursday With The Crown Book Review

I rate Thursday with the crown 4/5 stars because in the last book (Wednesday in the tower) they went to Hatheland/Glorious Arkower and are trapped there. This book is continued from Wednesday in the tower. My favorite part of this book is when Celie and Rufus (The griffin)  drank from the poison lake and nearly die! The setting is in Hatheland/Glorious Arkower and castle glower. My favorite character is Celie/Cecilia because she looks like me, she loves the castle and the castle loves her. She also has a pet griffin that she rides.

I think you should read this book because it is adventurous but you will have to read Tuesday ate the castle then Wednesday in the tower before you read this one.
