Dear viewers,

I am sending this letter because I want to tell you about my travels to New Zealand...

I was really scared and excited to go to go to a new country but it took so long  and I was travelling away from my home thousands of miles away
I was in a super small boat called a waka with people I did know I was lucky...
we had to have a little bit of food because it took at least 4 days we were the first people to discover New Zealand

Here is a list of things you will need if you were to go on a waka :

How to make a maths quiz

Step 1: open chrome book.

Step 2: go to google chrome.

Step 3: go to google drive.

Step 4: click the plus button in the top left corner to create a slide.

Step 5: press google slides.

Step 6: make a title page.

Step 7: press the plus button in the top left corner.

Step 8: go to insert and press search the web and write 'cartoon person ' and chose one.

Step 9:  click insert in the bottom right corner and it will take you to your second slide.

Step 10: then say my name is.....

Step 11: then press the top left corner and a new slide will pop up.

Step 12: then write hooray in the space and go to the next slide.

Step 13: then say boo you got it wrong.

Step 14: Then make a new slide and put a question on it e.g { 4x5 }

Step 15: do that till the end.

Step 16: here is how you link... you press ctrl k and press what slide you want to link to.

Step 17: Just keep doing that until you have got about 4 questions.

Step 18: you are done.

Our lambs

On Monday mum went to check the sheep and two twin lambs that were nearly dead so mum wrapped them up in towels  and took them into our house and mum put them in a washing basket each and it took 3 hours for them to warm them up then they had their first bottle after their bottle and then they fell asleep. Then after school we picked a lamb to have each I had the girl It's black with spots and Keoni had the boy it's white with orange on it's back it likes to walk over the girl her name is Maisy and the boy's name is Justin. they have a bottle 6 times a day one at 6 one at 9 one at 12 one at 3 one at 6 and one at 10 then they go to sleep.

My Holiday

During my holidays me, mum and Keoni went up to Christchurch to do boot camp. When we arrived at Rakikia we went down to the pony club to put up a paddock for the horses. We were going to put Cheif with Lexi but mum didn't listen so we put Cheif by himself. On Wednesday we went to cross country and it was 2 degrees when arrived then we tacked up and jumped him over a fish and he turned to the side and I fell off him. on Thursday we took him to the same cross country and I jumped over a log but he suddenly stopped and I fell off. On Friday we took him out to Lincoln to the cross country and I went down a hill and he was being silly so I fell off backwards. then on Saturday, we went home. 

Wiki o Matariki

We have been learning about Matariki. we have been doing Art and Role plays.  For Art we made a painting about The seven stars Matariki and some stars That we made out of lines. so far I've enjoyed the painting it was super fun but the stars were also my favourite. it is fun learning about Matariki its my favourite subject so far.

This is my science write up that I did yesterday and today we used lots of raisins white vinegar baking powder and hot water.
